After the release of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Ubisoft will continue to support the game for a long time, just as they did with the previous part. Although the game is not yet available, the publisher has already announced the details of what players can expect post-launch.
With the release of the game the first year starts right away and that starts with Operation Greenstone. Later in the first year Episode 2 and 3 can still be expected and below a list of what the episodes will consist of.
New Adventures: New story-driven content that expands on the main story of the game.
New End-Game Content: Every Episode brings new end-game content. Episode 1 contains Project Titan Raid where players discover an active volcano on a new island and use all their skills learned at Auroa in intense 4-player co-op challenges. The raid can be played again and can be adapted to any playing style.
New Faction Missions: In-game factions evolve as time passes and every month there are new narrative Faction Missions that bring context and character development. New Faction Missions are available daily and include tasks to support factions and their stories.
New Classes: Three new classes come in Year 1, starting with Engineer, a class with expertise in hacking.
Live Events: These events contain VIPs that help Nomad to prevent new dangerous threats. A new event is available with every Episode in Year 1 and lasts for a month.
PvP Updates: In addition to the new PvP-playable classes that are added in Year 1, new maps and updates will be introduced to keep Ghost War players sharp.
Regular New Content: New content such as new missions, activities and unlockables are available with every new Episode.
In Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, your greatest enemy is the leader of the Wolves, Cole D. Walker, played by Jon Bernthal. In the new trailer below you can see how he has been transformed from Ghost to the Wolves leader.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC from 4 October.
